About Jen
Welcome to my website. I am excited to help you achieve your real estate goals whether it is buying a home or selling a home. I bring to you 23 years of experience and over 1350 sales. I have been through the best part of real estate as well as lived through real estate when it was at its lowest point. Because I have been involved in so many transactions during both of these times, I have the knowledge and experience to work through issues that may arise and help everyone in the transaction get to the closing table.

How do you determine the value of my home?I take a look at the real estate market and recent sales of homes that have a similar size and location to yours to help determine the value.

How much money down do I need to buy a home?You can buy a home with as little as 3.5% down.

How long will it take to sell my house?The real estate market is currently moving at a swift pace. Selling your home may take hours-14 days.

How long until I have to turn over keys to the new owner once my house is sold?Typical house closings are taking 45-60 days until turning over.

What type of inspections will buyers do on my home?Buyers usually will have a general home inspection and in most cases a radon inspection. If you have a septic tank, they may also ask for that to be inspected as well.
