My mission is to sell homes with energy, experience and a vision for a better business model in the Real Estate industry.   I focus on selling my listings and working with only 3 buyers at a time so that buyers can get the attention they need as well as my sellers.   I specialize in selling homes in Cuyahoga, Lorain, & Medina counties.  I am a consistent Top Producer both at Howard Hanna Co. (top 1% of the company) and Nationally I am ranked in the top 5% of Realtors.

Most importantly I have earned Howard Hanna’s coveted Quality Service Award for the past 22 years.  For 20+ years I have put my clients and their needs first in order to serve in their best interests and help them achieve their real estate goals!

My Story

I am excited to help you achieve your real estate goals whether it is buying a home or selling a home.  I bring to you 22 years of experience and over 1100 sales.  I have been through the best part of real estate as well as lived through real estate when it was at its low point.  Because I have been involved in so many transactions during both of these times I have the knowledge and experience to work through issues that may arise and help everyone in the transaction get to the closing table.

In fact while the average Realtor sells 8 homes a year , I have sold 7 times more than the average Realtor every year since 2003.  In fact in 2014 I sold 80 homes!

I have a proven track record of negotiating 97% of the asking price for my sellers.  What does that mean to you?  On the average $200000 home the typical Realtor negotiates 94% of the asking price.  That means their seller will see $188000.  My proven track record of negotiating 97% of the asking price means my seller will see $194000 which is $6000 more.

I am continually improving my negotiation skills and furthering my real estate education.  I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Relocation Specialist, and Homes of Distinction Specialist.  I also hold the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation.  Only 4% of the Realtors in the entire United States hold this designation.  

Having me as your Realtor is like having a 24 hour open house from your driveway.  When a buyer calls me or emails me about a home they saw  online , I know they have a higher interest than someone who just saw a sign.  I will work with them to find out what items they like and then use those items to help promote your home and get it sold.

As a buyer it important to have a Realtor that makes the latest technology available to you such as a mobile house hunt and electronic signatures and they have the latest technology available to them as well so they can find the best home for you.  I am that Realtor.


Finally, technology is incredible but nothing is better than a Realtor who reaches out and networks with other Realtors to get your home sold or to find you a home even before it hits the market. I work in the largest Howard Hanna office on the West Side of Cleveland. We sell over 60% of our listing in this office.
