They can let you know if your home is inspection ready or if there are items that need to be addressed. They can also help you determine if it’s better to sell as is or make repairs. Talk to your family. With the Holidays approaching it is a great time to talk with your family about downsizing. It’s also a great time to talk with your children about getting their items out of your basement or attic.
