PATIOS, PORCHES, DECKS & DRIVEWAYS

  • Clean your grill- since most people do the majority of their grilling in the summer, this is a great time. Don't overlook the pull out tray. It should be emptied at least once a year..

  • Check & repair cracks in your driveway.

  • Power wash your driveway and sidewalks. Make sure you do this after you have laid your mulch for the season.

  • Check your deck for loose nails.

  • Pressure wash the deck or patio.

  • Treating at night may be far more productive than when they are out during the day.

  • Check & repair caulk- this is the caulk around windows and soffits. Use exterior silcone caulk. Once you repair it should last 3-5 years.

  • Lubricate garage doors-Believe it or not thos little rollers on your garage door need lubricated once a year. Make sure to use WD-40.

  • Check for loose brick, pavers, or stepping stones.

  • Inspect the roof shingles and flashing.

  • Inspect gutters for leaks, nests, or debris.

LAWN & GARDEN

  • Inspect fencing for loose or damaged boards.

  • Inspect exterior for signs of insect infestation.

  • Inspect sprinkler system for leaks.

  • Check water hoses to see if worn, cracker, or leaking.
